salad fuel

Today’s lunch is fairly healthy. Mixed greens, avocado, tomato, walnuts, black beans, cracked pepper, Udo’s oil, and some balsamic vinegar.

I need to be eating more salads, for some reason I pretty much stopped. Before I got the blender I was eating a lot of raw veggies and fruits, which meant a lot of chewing. The new blender shifted my diet more towards smoothies, but now I’m getting a little tired of too many liquid foods. Guess I’ll go a little back to raw chewing again.
